Our Approach
As an outpatient clinical provider in New Jersey for mental health disorders and substance use disorder, our intention is to prepare our clients for a full, meaningful life. Our highly credentialed staff are truly experts in the behavioral health space. Our team shares a common vision: that recovery from mental illness and substance use disorders is possible, sustainable, and deeply rewarding.

Empowering Success Together
Expert Staff
We believe in the value of continuing education and extensive supervision. All of our employees are passionate about healing from mental illness and substance use disorders, but passion is not what makes them qualified to deliver outstanding care.
Our team’s leadership has decades of experience providing direct care to complex individuals. We believe in frequent, relevant continuing education. We support our team in pursuing additional credentials or training that will help them hone their craft.

Frequent Supervision
Supervision-Centered Care
Supervision is at the heart of our clinical approach. A collaborative approach to care means that multiple clinicians are exploring best practices for a client. With our Clinical Director Frank Greenagel II, MPAP, MSW, LCSW, LCADC, CCS at the helm, our therapists and counselors do not operate in a silo.
Accountability, Skill, and Support
Clinical Supervision encourages best practices, strengthens our clinical skills, assists in navigating dilemmas, enhances accountability, and reduces burnout/compassion fatigue. While supervision is a requirement for gaining licensure, we see ongoing clinical supervision as a benefit to our staff, our clients, and the families we serve.
Wraparound Services
We believe that healing from mental health conditions and substance use disorder does not happen in a vessel. A well-rounded plan of recovery should address the many parts of a person and develop self-sufficiency in all areas of life. Our Case Management team, comprised of CADCs or folks pursuing a graduate degree, supports our clients as they navigate the complexities of being human.
